1:PROCESSING
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. All orders are hand packaged with love! Once you place an order, you should automatically receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive an email soon after, please contact me to check the status of your order and I will resend your confirmation.
** I offer both Domestic (US) and International shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. **
2:SHIPPING
All products are typically sent through First Class USPS mail. Please allow 3-7 business days for standard shipping based on your location. After your order is fulfilled, you will automatically receive your tracking number by email. If you do not receive this, please contact me and I will be happy to provide all tracking information on your order.
3:REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
I do not offer refunds or returns, but please contact me if there is a problem with your order so I can see what went wrong and offer assistance. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please keep in mind, shipping delays might occur around busy holiday seasons.
4:PAYMENT OPTIONS
I accept direct debit and credit card payments from all major credit card companies, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. I also have a checkout option for Apple Pay. If you can't purchase with any of these options please contact me and I'll see what I can offer you. For commissioned artwork, I typically take Venmo/Cashapp payments.
